Requirements

Min SPM / Diploma or equivalent in related field
Computer literate
Minimum 2-3 years experience in IT Solution or B2B sales with a proven track record in achieving sales target
Strong presentation, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
Persuasive but polite and charismatic
Good organizational skills and time management
Possess own transport and is willing to travel outstation, if necessary.
Excellent command of the English language. Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

Proactive in identifying alternative methods/channels for revenue growth
Develop actionable sales plans to identify leads and to optimize business opportunities with each client
Generate sales among existing and new client accounts.
Collaborate with client servicing team to create proposals/pitches for potential leads as well as support the team to grow and retain existing clients
Perform consultative selling, build trust and strengthen relationships by acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and keeping clients informed on solutions that meet their objectives.
Maintain full transparency with management on all leads/opportunities and participate in weekly sales meetings to report on the status of all opportunities in the sales pipeline
Effectively respond to customers’ queries and collaborate with teams to provide clients with services they need, such as solution design, installation, training, user support and maintenance. • Use appropriate system/software to track leads and activity
Stay abreast of market updates, trends and competitor offerings.

Senior Technical Consultant

Requirements

Hold minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology
Minimum 3 years of working experience in software development
Strong command of .Net framework, C#, Javascript, Angular JS, & MS SQL Server
Experienced in an Agile/Scrum software development environment
Applicants with Microsoft certification in software development will have an added advantage

Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company’s existing software product system and making timely responses to the problem of the system.
Coding standards, organizational programming skills and good commenting practice.
Participate in all phases of the entire life cycle software.
Perform coding, testing and documentation in line with user and system requirements to delivery of source code, documents and test scripts.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Keep up-to-date on the latest industry development related to company products and constant upgrade of existing software/ system for the company improvement.
